to provide timely, accurate and actionable marketing solutions to
small businesses. Our primary products are new mortgage and new business
lists used for direct business-to-consumer and business-to-business
marketing. We are also committed to providing the small business community
with a dynamic and comprehensive set of resources, tools and strategies
for maximizing business success through the use of sound market research
principles through our Small Business Resource Center and our Virtual
Mall.

Patricia Turner is the founder and Principal
of Targeted Marketing Solutions. The firm grew from Patricia's desire
to channel her creative and energetic entrepreneurial spirit, coupled
with her solid market research background, to help small businesses
and entrepreneurs grow.
Patricia
brings over 15 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative
market research methods, gained through her work in a variety of
large corporate and small entrepreneurial organizations. Most notably,
Patricia served as Manager of Geographic Information Technologies
at Fannie Mae and as a Market Research Analyst for customer satisfaction
research at American Express. She has also served as a market research
consultant for two leading real estate research consulting firms.
Patricia
holds a Masters in City Planning from The Georgia Institute of Technology
and a BA in Urban Affairs from The George Washington University.
She lives in Richmond with her husband and daughter.
Patricia is joined by a small
staff of experienced researchers who provide data collection and
market research support.
